Telephone 01928 842 626 or email hsh-pct.windmillhillmc@nhs.net to request a registration pack, or pop in and complete a form at reception. We accept registrations from people living anywhere in the Halton area.
Prescriptions
If you take ongoing medication you can obtain a repeat prescription by:
- • Handing your prescription in to our reception
- • Faxing it to us on 01928 718 619
- • Handing your prescription to your pharmacist (ask our receptionists for details)
Please use the printed list on the right-hand side of your prescription when ordering your medication. This helps ensure you get the right medicines.
Your prescription will be available within two working days.
